Use a Reflection Check-In
A simple way to name what is present and choose one supportive next action, without scoring or diagnosing yourself.
Name what is present
Start with a plain observation about a feeling, question, need, or situation. You do not need to explain it yet.
Separate feeling from story
Notice the conclusions arriving with the feeling, then return to what you can observe. This creates room for a more useful question.
Choose a supportive action
Pick an action that is available and proportionate: a glass of water, a short walk, three honest lines, a practical list, or a pause.
Return to an intention
Choose a value you want to honor in the next moment, such as patience, honesty, rest, curiosity, or follow-through.
