1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Law of Apptraction ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, browsing, and using Law of Apptraction (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Use License

7. Subscription and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes
• Recurring Charges: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• Refunds: Refunds are generally not available for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price
• Free Trial: If you receive a free trial, the trial period will end on the date specified, and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet your requirements

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LAW OF APPTRACTION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Law of Apptraction and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content or actions
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You remain liable for any charges incurred prior to termination
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, except as otherwise provided by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Law of Apptraction regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
