A practical place to pause
Law of Apptraction is a reflection companion for moments when you want to slow down, put a thought into words, and decide what a supportive next step could be. It combines a daily reflection, an optional Reflection Check-In, and conversations with Alma.
It is not a doctrine, a diagnosis, or a promise about what will happen next. It is a repeatable way to make a little room around a question that matters to you.
Notice. Explore. Choose.
Notice what is present
Begin with an honest observation. You might name a feeling, a decision, an unanswered question, or a pattern that has been taking up too much space. You do not need to make it positive or turn it into an identity.
The Reflection Check-In [blocked] offers a structured pause when feelings are especially loud. It is not a score or a diagnostic tool. It simply helps you name what is here and consider what might support you next.
Explore the question
Once the subject is on the page, try asking a question with enough room for a real answer: What matters most to me here? What am I assuming? What would make the next ten minutes more manageable?
Alma can help you explore a question, turn it into a journal prompt, or reflect back the thread in your own words. Alma is a conversational tool for personal reflection; it does not replace professional support or make decisions for you.
Choose one kind next step
Reflection becomes useful when it ends in something small enough to do. That may be a pause before replying, a practical list, a short walk, a boundary, a conversation, or rest. The point is not to force clarity. It is to choose an action that respects your current reality.
Why “Apptraction”?
The name brings together an app and the idea of returning attention to what is meaningful. The tools are designed to be available in ordinary moments, whether you have two minutes before a meeting or want to write for longer at the end of a day.
Your first conversation with Alma is free. Start with a thought, feeling, decision, or question that is already present, and see whether a more supportive next step becomes easier to name.
